Standard Warranty

Patch App & Go Warrants the included hardware products and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original retail purchase. Patch App & Go does not warrant against normal wear and tear, nor damage caused accident or abuse.

The Patch App & Go warranty does not cover but not limited to broken RJ45 latches, blown circuits due to contact with power over other ethernet (POE} devices, or water damage.

The Patch App & Go Warranty does cover dead on arrival hardware, unresponsive hardware and faulty batteries.

Go Xtra Warranty

The Go Xtra Warranty is a comprehensive and effective way to protect your Patch App & Go Tester against accidental damage, saving you money should you need to replace a damaged T1 Dongle or Smart Remote Plug.

For a small fee, the Patch App & Go Xtra Warranty offers up to two replacement Smart Remote plugs and one T1 Dongle within one year period.

The Go Xtra Warranty covers you for broken RJ45 latches, damaged cases and damaged cables. We will repair or if your unit is beyond repair we will replace with a new unit and return it to you within 2-3 working days.

You will be required to complete the Go Xtra Warranty Claim Form and send your damaged unit to us by recorded delivery.

If you purchase the Go Xtra Warranty at the same time of purchasing your Patch App Go Tester, then your Go Xtra Warranty will be automatically activated 24 hours after your product has been shipped.
